Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

For Managed IT Services plans, there is a one-time onboarding fee of ₹25,000 (Essentials), ₹50,000 (Business Pro), or ₹1,00,000 (Enterprise Plus). This covers environment discovery, tooling setup, and documentation. Project-based and advisory engagements have no setup fees.

Can I switch plans mid-contract?

Yes — you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time with a 7-day transition period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We will never lock you in against your growth needs.

How does annual billing save me money?

Annual billing offers a 20% discount across all Managed IT and Advisory Retainer plans. You pay for 10 months but receive 12 months of service. The annual fee is invoiced upfront or in two semi-annual tranches — your choice.

What is your minimum contract duration?

Managed IT Services: minimum 6 months. Staff Augmentation: minimum 3 months. Advisory Retainers: minimum 3 months. Project-based engagements: no minimum — scoped per project. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Managed IT plans.

Do you offer pricing in USD or CAD for international clients?

Yes — for clients based in Canada, the US, or the UK, we invoice in USD, CAD, or GBP respectively. Our Canada-based clients enjoy our hybrid delivery model: onshore strategy and architecture with cost-effective offshore execution from our India centres.

Is there a free trial or pilot engagement available?

We offer a complimentary 2-week pilot for Staff Augmentation engagements — so you can assess team quality before committing. For Managed IT Services, we offer a free 30-day onboarding assessment with no obligation to proceed.
